In vivo HSC gene therapy enables sustained eCD4-Ig expression predominantly by B-cells for SIV prevention


ABSTRACT: eCD4Ig-Emm06 was delivered using the helper-dependent adenovirus 6/3+ platform to transduce rhesus hematopoietic stem cells in vivo. Animals underwent SIV challenge to assess for protection. Serum SIV was sequenced to evaluate for escape mutations.
