Villin like suppresses nasopharyngeal carcinoma proliferation by downregulating MYC
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The initial manifestations of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) are subtle and imperceptible, leading to unfavorable clinical outcomes and limited therapeutic alternatives among Southeast Asian populations. In this study, we examined the potential effects of VILL on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. We investigated the mRNA expression levels of VILL in HONE1 EBV cells overexpressing VILL compared to control cells. Data were analyzed to identify differential gene expression between VILL-transfected and non-transfected HONE1 EBV cells.
