Pan-Cancer Exosomes Reprogram Bone Marrow Stromal Cells: A Single-Cell Analysis

ABSTRACT: This dataset profiles the single-cell transcriptional response of human bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) following treatment with exosomes. Primary BMSCs were isolated from human bone marrow aspirates and cultured under standard stromal cell conditions. Cells were treated for 48 hours with either pan-cancer–derived exosomes or control exosomes, then washed and processed for single-cell RNA sequencing.
