ABSTRACT: Here we addressed the mRNA transcriptome of Long-Term Hematopoietic Stem Cells (LT-HSCs) and Multipotent Progenitors (MPPs) purified from WT (Ikzf1+/+ Ikzf2+/+ Rosa26CreERT2/+), Helios KO (Ikzf2F/F Rosa26 CreERT2/+), Ikaros KO (Ikzf1F/F Rosa26 CreERT2/+) and DKO (Ikzf1F/F Ikzf2F/F Rosa26CreERT2/+) mice.
