Bulk RNASeq of Stromal Subsets in Wildtype and GD T cell-deficent Mice in Biomaterial Implant Fibrosis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The main objective of this study is to investigate the role of gamma delta (GD) T cells on stromal cell behavior in chronic tissue injury and foreign body response (synthetic polycaprolactone PCL implant). We isolate key stromal cell populations (Fibroblasts and Endothelial Cells) from fibrotic PCL implants of wildtype (WT) and GD-deficient (GDKO) mice using FACS and compare their transcriptomic profile using bulk RNA-sequencing.
