RNA-seq of mouse lung tissue after irradiation

ABSTRACT: High-dose ionizing radiation-induced pulmonary injury. To characterize these changes, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on lung tissues isolated from mice exposed to 90 Gy irradiation. Samples were collected at 8, 11, and 14 days post-irradiation, and non-irratied controls.
