SPP1+ Macrophages Contribute to Hair Growth in Contact Hypersensitivity [bulk RNA-Seq]


ABSTRACT: Transcriptomic analysis of sorted HFSCs revealed dynamic transcriptional reprogramming during inflammation, including activation of stress response and immune-modulatory genes. Pathway enrichment highlighted metabolic adaptation and signaling networks linked to stem cell activation. These findings demonstrate that HFSCs undergo intrinsic molecular changes that parallel their regenerative response.
