ABSTRACT: We performed high-throughput single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform on archived postmortem thalamus and frontal cortex (BA10) tissues from patients with bipolar disorder and control subjects to identify cell type–specific differentially expressed genes and compositional changes.
