Transcriptomic analysis of NeuroD2 CRISPant stage 47 Xenopus laevis tadpole brains
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We compared transcripts from whole brains dissected from stage 47 Xenopus laevis tadpoles from F0 NeuroD2 CRISPants and Cas9 injected control sibings. NeuroD2 knockdown brains had increased expression of cell cycle associated genes and decreased expression of chromatin modifing genes. Libraries were prepared and sequenced using Illumina Nextseq P2 by the Otago Genomics Facility, University of Otago, New Zealand. Single reads of 100bp were mapped to XENLA_10.1 genome build (Xenbase, accessed November 2024)
