RNA-seq of control and PARylator knockdown TE13 human esophageal squamous carcinoma cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study generated RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data to characterize the transcriptomic consequences of PARylator knockdown in human esophageal squamous carcinoma TE13 cells. Control and PARylator-depleted cells were collected, and total RNA was extracted and subjected to high-throughput sequencing on an Illumina platform. The resulting dataset enables differential expression analysis between control and knockdown conditions and provides a transcriptomic resource for investigating PARylation-related gene regulation in esophageal cancer cells.
