Protective effects of swimming exercises on murine tumor-induced cardiac inflammation and apoptosis by suppressing PI3K-AKT pathway
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: o investigate the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on cardiac dysfunction caused by tumor growth, and to explore its mechanism of action. Animals were implanted with CT-26 metastatic tumors in mice. The exercise method was swimming, with two daily interventions of 30 minutes each. 6 days a week for 4 weeks; To investigate the impact of swimming exercise intervention on cardiac function caused by tumor growth, we conducted experiments such as transcriptome sequencing, cardiac ultrasound, and protein detection to explore the mechanism of its effect.
