Interactions between gamma-delta T lymphocytes and M-MDSC cells in the pathogenesis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: RNA-seq of zoledronate-expanded Vdelta2 gamma-delta T cells from healthy donors, cultured alone or co-incubated with myeloid-derived suppressor cells (M-MDSC) or vitamin C. The study investigates how M-MDSC influence gamma-delta T-cell function and differentiation, and the potential modulatory effects of vitamin C and vitamin D. These data provide insight into immune regulation in CLL and mechanisms relevant for immunotherapy development.
