ABSTRACT: We investigated the molecular mechanisms by which PHMG regulates host defense in alveolar macrophages against M. tuberculosis infection. To elucidate this, we performed global gene expression analysis of M. tuberculosis infected alveolar macrophages after PHMG treatment.
