ABSTRACT: Elucidation of a heterozygous de novo PSMB8 variant on transcriptional level using the NanoString nCounter® Human Autoimmune Profiling panel Two seperate analyses were performed for normalization (1st and 2nd batch). HD_A-C and Pt A,B, and C were analyzed together and represents the first batch. HD_E, HD_F, β5i_IH_A, and β5i_IH_B were analyzed together and reprensent the second batch.
