Fus interactions in muscle cells C2C12 ChIPseq - 2

ABSTRACT: We would like to identify Fus interactions in muscle cells C2C12. In order to do this, we would like to identify FUS binding sites in C2C12 cells, and compare with RNApol2 sites. Our conditions for Chip-seq are thus C2C12 (input (N=1), without antibody (N=1), @FUS (N=3) , @RNApol 2 (N=3).
