RNA-seq of superficial-zone articular cartilage in a DMM-induced osteoarthritis mouse model

ABSTRACT: C57BL/6J male mice underwent destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM) or sham surgery. Superficial-zone cartilage from the medial femoral condyle was microdissected 8 weeks postoperatively. Total RNA was purified and poly(A)+ libraries were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 2500 (single-end).
