Cisplatin and osimertinib treatment of M0-polarized THP-1 cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This series examines gene expression changes induced by cisplatin and osimertinib in M0-polarized THP-1 monocytic cells. M0 THP-1 cells were treated with vehicle, 0.5 μM cisplatin, or 100 nM osimertinib for 16 hours, and total RNA from three independent biological replicates per condition was profiled using the GeneChip Human Gene 2.0 ST Array. The goal of the study is to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways regulated by cisplatin and osimertinib in innate immune cells and to explore how these agents modulate inflammatory and immunoregulatory responses.
