CUT&Tag profiling of PARIS binding in CamK-PARIS mouse brain
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study used CUT&Tag to profile the genomic binding sites of PARIS in hippocampal tissue from CamK-PARIS transgenic mice. The tissue was fixed, processed for CUT&Tag, and sequenced as paired-end libraries. Signal tracks and SEACR peak calls were generated to characterize PARIS-associated genomic regions and to relate PARIS binding to STAT3 signaling and downstream transcriptional changes in the context of neurodegeneration.
