Transcriptome of TEX cell line following two CDK8 inhibitors treatment


ABSTRACT: TEX cells maintaining functional and phenotypic hierarchy of AML, with leukemia stem cells (LSC) characteristics (PMID: 16094415) was treated with two CDK8 inhibitors (CDK8i) RVU120 (Ryvu) and CCT251921 (Merck), to delineate molecular changes upon CDK8i time course (3h, 24h and 72 hours). There were 984, 4357 and 4257 common differentially expressed genes (FDR <0.05) for both inhibitors with correlation coefficients of 0.82, 0.95 and 0.95, respectively, for 3h, 24h and 72h time points. The dataset generation was supported by the National Science Center grant (2018/30/E/NZ2/00801).
