SnRNA-sequencing of two human dorsal root ganglia

ABSTRACT: The dorsal root ganglion (DRG) integrates peripheral sensory signals and plays a central role in pain and neuropathy. Using single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) of human DRG. We spearted 17 clusters and identified 6 major cell types, including sensory neurons and satellite glial cells (SGCs).
