Analysis of mRNA expression in piRNA FERPIR (DQ69304) knocked down mouse cardiomyocytes

ABSTRACT: To elucidate the molecular mechanism by which piRNA FERPIR (DQ69304) regulates gene expression, RNA-seq was performed on control or FERPIR-knockdown mouse neonatal cardiomyocytes. Based on RNA-seq data, 2513 differentially expressed genes were shown in FERPIR-knockdown cardiomyocyte relative to NC control, including 1132 upregulated and 1391 downregulated genes.
