ABSTRACT: Oncogene-induced senescence (OIS) is a well-known tumor-suppressive mechanism where normal cells undergo a permanent cell-cycle arrest in response to oncogene activation. Here we studied the early transcriptomic response to oncogene RAF activation in human normal fibroblasts (MRC5).
