Single-nucleus RNA sequencing of colon tissue from Pink1 knockout and wild-type mice

ABSTRACT: Mutations in PTEN-induced kinase 1 (Pink1), have been associated to mitochondrial dysfunction and gastrointestinal abnormalities. We generated single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) profiles from colon tissues of wild-type (WT) and Pink1 knockout (KO) mice to characterize cell-type specific transcriptional changes associated with loss of Pink1.
