ABSTRACT: The role of SHMT2 in driving pancreatic cancer progression remains incompletely understood. Our previous findings demonstrated that SHMT2 enhances glycolytic metabolism and promotes proliferative and invasive capacities in pancreatic cancer cells. To delineate the precise molecular mechanism underlying these observations, we performed transcriptomic sequencing.
