ABSTRACT: To better understan the role of Senp1 in regulating CD8+ T cells activation, we performed a transcriptional analysis (RNA-seq) to compare gene expression patterns between wild type and Senp1-deficient naïve CD8+ T cells or activated by anti-CD3/CD28.
