Nrf2 activation ameliorates behavioural and brain oscillatory function alterations induced by prenatal valproic acid exposure selectively in female rats

ABSTRACT: In this dataset we include the expression data obtained by dissected prefrontal cortical tissue from sprague-dawley rats exposed to saline or valproic acid on gestation day 12.5 in utero. This data was used to obtain prefrontal cortical genes in adolescence to determine sex differences in a model of autism spectrum disorder.
