Single-nucleus RNA-seq reveals reprogrammed hepatocytes that express c-Met/β-catenin oncogenes in LPD-fed mice.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To further interrogate the impact of low protein diet (LPD) on the c-Met/β-catenin expressing hepatocytes, we performed single-nucleus RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) analysis. Mice were fed on chow diet (CD) or LPD for one week, followed by SB-HTVI of c-Met/β-catenin. Two weeks post SBHTVI, 42,277 single nuclei were sequenced with 12,413 in the CD-vector control, 10,225 in CD c-Met/β-cat, 9,707 in LPD-vector control, and 9,932 in LPD c-Met/β-cat.
