Identification of direct RNA targets of RBM42 in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells by RIP-seq

ABSTRACT: To identify RNAs bound by RBM42 in SH-SY5Y cells, RNA immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (RIP-seq) was performed. Anti-RBM42 antibody was used for immunoprecipitation, with IgG as the negative control. Total RNA input samples were also sequenced. Three biological replicates were included for each condition (RBM42 IP, IgG IP, and Input).
