Bulk RNA-seq: CD31 sorted lung cells after Glenn or sham surgery and diet modification

ABSTRACT: Pathogenesis of single ventricle pulmonary arteriovenous malformations is not well understood. We performed bulk RNA sequenicng (RNA-seq) on isolated lung CD31+ cells to investigate the molecular changes in lung endothelial cells early after Glenn or sham surgery in rats on different diet modifications.
