ABSTRACT: Atopic dermatitis is one of the severe skin diseases. Keratinocytes, as the epidermal barrier cells, are an important component for maintaining the skin barrier function. In this dataset, we have included the m⁶A methylation RNA data obtained from normal human keratinocytes (N group) and keratinocytes from patients with atopic dermatitis (AD group).
