ScRNAseq analysis of hepatic stellate cells in CCl4-induced liver fibrosis with eliminating p16high hepatocytes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Using scRNA-seq, we investigated the mechanism by which the removal of p16-high hepatocytes leads to the amelioration of CCl₄-induced liver fibrosis. Because liver fibrosis is primarily driven by hepatic stellate cells, we utilized a cell isolation protocol optimized for the efficient recovery of stellate cells.
