ABSTRACT: To delineate the single-cell transcriptional landscape of the lungs in severe patients infected with the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples collected within 24 hours of ICU admission.
