M1 and M2 myeloid cells behave differently in classical immune type contexts

ABSTRACT: Macrophages maintain tissue homeostasis and act as first responders to immune threats. A central question is whether these cells exhibit transcriptional plasticity in vivo. We tested macrophage polarization across classical type 4 immunity using a B16F10 melanoma model.
