Functional Proteomic Analysis of HT-29 Cells Treated with MV-GFP, Triptolide, or Combination Using RPPA

ABSTRACT: Reverse Phase Protein Array (RPPA) analysis was performed on HT-29 cells to evaluate the effects of vehicle, MV-GFP (MOI 0.5), Triptolide (6.25 nM), and their combination on protein expression. Protein lysates were collected after 48 hours of treatment. RPPA was performed at the MD Anderson Cancer Center RPPA Core Facility. Differential protein expression was analyzed using the limma R package (v3.26.9), with p < 0.05 and FDR < 0.2.
