Effect of ZNF217 gene knockdown on gene expression in MHCC97H cells

ABSTRACT: To investigate the regulatory effect of ZNF217 on gene expression at the transcriptional level, total RNA was extracted from shCtrl and ZNF217-knockdown MHCC97H cells, and sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
