CUT&Tag profiling of hnRNPK binding in H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells

ABSTRACT: CUT&Tag assays were performed in H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells to profile genome-wide binding of hnRNPK. An IgG antibody was used as a negative control. Paired-end sequencing was conducted on an Illumina platform, and the data were used to identify hnRNPK binding sites and integrate with transcriptomic analyses.
