Role of potato Pti5 in HR-mediated resistance to potato virus Y

ABSTRACT: Pti5 is an ERF transcription factor that is differentially expressed in PVY-infected potato plants. The purpose of this dataset was to identify genes whose expression is altered by silencing the Pti5 gene in PVY-induced lesions.
