Research on the mechanisms underlying Arctium lappa L. polysaccharide-induced proliferation of epidermal stem cells


ABSTRACT: To elucidate the mechanism by which Arctium lappa L. polysaccharide (ALP) promotes epidermal stem cell (EpSC) proliferation, we performed RNA sequencing on EpSCs from mice that were treated with either 30 μg/mL ALP or a vehicle control for 48 hours. This approach provided a comprehensive view of the ALP-regulated transcriptome profile.
