Expression data from Knockdown of SKA2 in SNU638 cell line

ABSTRACT: Gastric cancer (GC) has a rapid metastatic rate and is associated with high mortality worldwide. During tumorigenesis, the oncogenic genes mutation or expression, following specific sets of genes are up-regulated or down-regulated. Some of them, for example, control metabolism reprogramming to promote tumor growth and malignant progression. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression regulated by SKA2, which is overexpressed in gastric cancer.
