KG1a phenotypic subsets under normoxia and hypoxia

ABSTRACT: We set out to investigate the transcriptional signatures of two phenotypically distinct subsets found in the KG1a cell line - CD34+/CD38dim/CLL-1dim and CD34+/CD38bright/CLL-1bright under both normoxic and hypoxic conditions.
