EHMT2-mediated chromatin reprogramming in 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) resistant colorectal cancer

ABSTRACT: This study generated transcriptomic datasets to investigate the role of EHMT2 in acquired 5-fluorouracil resistance in colorectal cancer models. RNA sequencing was performed in parental and 5-FU resistant HCT116 cell lines under genetic and pharmacological modulation of EHMT2. These datasets support the findings described in the associated manuscript and provide a resource for further investigation of transcriptional mechanisms underlying chemoresistance.
