Transcriptome profile of liver and tumor tissues from CDA/HFD-fed rats treated with aripiprazole
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotohepatitis (MASH) is a rapidly growing global health problem that leads to lethal complications such as liver cirrhosis and cancer. Bulk RNA-Seq was performed on liver and tumor tissues from Wistar rats fed a choline-deficient L-amino acid-defined high-fat diet (CDA/HFD) or a normal chow diet, and treated with aripiprazole or vehicle (DMSO), to evaluate their potential chemopreventive effects against hepatocellular carcinoma.
