Transcriptomics analysis of Pichia pastoris strains engineered for enhanced branched-chain amino acids production
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Transcriptomics analysis revealed that Ilv3 gene overexpression regulates the metabolic networks of branched-chain amino acid synthesis, the TCA cycle, methanol assimilation, and carbon‑nitrogen co‑utilization in Pichia pastoris. This study compared the global gene expression differences between the wild‑type and engineered strains under methanol induction.
ORGANISM(S): Komagataella pastoris
