Downregulation of MGST3 promotes colorectal cancer progression
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignancy worldwide, and its molecular mechanisms of progression remain incompletely understood. In this study, RNA sequencing was performed on colorectal tissues representing normal tissue, adenomas, early-stage tumors and advanced carcinomas to identify differentially expressed genes associated with tumor progression. Paired-end RNA-seq data were generated on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. Gene expression levels were quantified and summarized as FPKM values. The resulting dataset provides a transcriptomic resource for investigating molecular changes during colorectal tumorigenesis, including the role of MGST3.
