Gene expression profiling of the spinal dorsal horn from wild-type and LPA4 knockout rats after Spared Nerve Injury (SNI)

ABSTRACT: Gene expression in the lumbar spinal dorsal horn (L4-L6) was compared across four experimental groups. The groups were: (1) Sham-operated wild-type (WT) rats, (2) SNI-operated WT rats, (3) Sham-operated LPA4 knockout (KO) rats, and (4) SNI-operated LPA4 KO rats. Four biological replicates were analyzed for each of the four groups at 28 days post-surgery.
