Gene expression profile on a single-cell level of monocytes isolated from dura mater of mice infected with group B streptococci

ABSTRACT: Monocytes in dura change their ontogenic source in streptococcal infection, from GMP-dominated to a mixed lineage of GMP and MDP-derived monocytes. We utilized Ms4a3Cre;R26Tomato mice to understand transcriptomical differences between monocytes sourced from different ontogenic sources.
