Bulk RNA-seq analysis of mouse bone under microgravity (0G) and normal gravity (1G)

ABSTRACT: This study presents bulk RNA-seq data generated from mouse bone samples to investigate transcriptomic changes induced by microgravity. Total RNA was extracted from bone tissues, and RNA-seq libraries were prepared using a poly(A)-selection protocol and sequenced on an Illumina platform. The resulting data were used to compare gene expression profiles between ground control (1G) and microgravity (0G) groups.
