Transcriptome analysis of Galectin-1 (LGALS1) knockout and overexpressing human gastric carcinoma 7901 cell lines

ABSTRACT: Galectin1 overexpression gastric cancer cell lines have a stronger ability of invasion and metastasis. We constructed cells with high and low expression of Galectin1, and wanted to see the changes of downstream pathways by transcriptome sequencing.
