Immune cell kinetics during Th17 adoptive trasfer-mediated experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study sought to characterive the spatial and temporal differences in comprehensive mononuclear immune cells throughout the disease course in a preclinical mouse model of central nervous system (CNS) autoimmune demyelinating disease. This dataset allows for the identification of transcriptionally distinct immune cell subsests within more general populations, inlcuding monocytes, neutrophils, microglia, T cells, and B cells, that are present in the blood and spinal cord during disease.
