Directed Evolution of Enzymes for Bioorthogonal Chemistry Using Acid Chloride Proximity Labeling

ABSTRACT: MDA-MB-231 cells expressing BS2-TRFLE in different compartments (cytosol, mitochondria, nucleus) were labeled with pAC-2. Subsequent enrichment of labeled RNAs, PolyA capture and RNA-seq reveals RNA populations in those compartments.
